Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for SMHZ.PRO Members

Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate information when signing up.
  • Any misuse of the platform may result in account suspension.

Purpose

This Non-Disclosure Agreement is made between SMHZ.PRO (“Website Owner”) and the user (“Member”) upon registration.

By becoming a member, you agree not to share, disclose, or distribute any information, materials, strategies, or content provided on this platform in any manner, whether online or offline.

Confidential Information

Confidential Information includes but is not limited to:

  • Courses, strategies, techniques, and business models shared within the website.
  • Any digital content, resources, discussions, or exclusive member benefits.
  • Communication, mentorship, or direct advice received from the Website Owner.
  • Any other proprietary content or material that is not publicly available.

Non-Disclosure Obligation

The Member agrees:

  • Not to share, copy, sell, publish, or distribute Confidential Information.
  • Not to disclose any information obtained through SMHZ.PRO to third parties, including competitors.
  • To take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized sharing of the Confidential Information.

Consequences of Breach

If the Member violates this NDA, they agree to:

  • A fine of 50000$ per violation.
  • Immediate termination of membership without a refund.
  • Legal action, including but not limited to financial damages, lawsuits, and permanent restrictions from using any SMHZ.PRO services.
  • Payment of all legal fees and costs incurred by SMHZ.PRO in enforcing this agreement.

Legal Enforcement

This NDA is legally binding and enforceable. Any breach will be subject to legal action in the courts of Respective Region. SMHZ.PRO reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

  • smhz.pro is not responsible for how users apply the knowledge gained.
  • We do not guarantee any specific results or outcomes from our Data.

Modifications to Terms & Acceptance

  • We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of smhz.pro means you accept the updated terms.

  • By registering as a member of SMHZ.PRO, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that violation of this NDA will result in severe legal and financial consequences.
